Long-term experience in the exploitation of modern dairy technologies:
At
the beginning of 1998, we initiated the ongoing process of adjusting to
new production conditions associated with the European Commission. Our
care for product quality and innovative production have led us to be
one of the first five of 350 dairy plants in Poland authorised to
export our products to the European Member states. Since that time we
have constantly been among the head exporters caring for the
introduction of the freshest achievements regarding production methods
and programs for controlling food quality and safety.
HACCP
As
a result of long-lasting preparations, we have introduced the HACCP
food safety control program, which provides constant control of the
production process and helps prevent any threat to consumers’ health
and life.
The needs and suggestions of our clients have become
the most important basis for our research of new products. Our sales
department has a staff comprised of food technologists, laboratory
workers and Research and Development employees, who deal with clients
requiring special assistance, and work on resolving complicated
technological aspects.
We’re thinking of the future
We
would like to continue the tempo of our hitherto development, preparing
ourselves for the introduction of the ISO 9000 quality control
procedures, as well as searching for new methods of satisfying the
needs of our present and future clients.
At our plant “Zakład nr
1” in Suwałki we have launched one of the largest and most modern spray
drying towers in all of Europe. This investment allows us to obtain –
at just this one plant – a daily production capacity of 120 metric tons
of whey powder, or 95 tons of skim milk powder. The next investment
also planned for this year is a demineralisation line for producing the
highest quality whey powder with a production capacity of 50,000 tons
per annum.
