Investing in the safety of your farm – Biosecurity training organised by Laktopol
At Laktopol, we understand perfectly well that the safety and health of cattle is a priority for every milk supplier. Threats such as foot-and-mouth disease are of common concern to us and pose a real challenge to Polish agriculture. That is why we organised specialist training in biosecurity, which was aimed at supporting our milk suppliers and employees of the Polindus-Laktopol Capital Group in effective risk management.
Our meeting, organised thanks to excellent cooperation with Radex and TransFeed, allowed us to discuss the most crucial aspects in depth. The presentations focused on practical methods of protecting herds against the virus and procedures aimed at minimising the risk of infection on the farm. We discussed the importance of prevention as the key to success in dairy farming and in rearing calves, emphasising the role of proper hygiene and disinfectants.
As Laktopol, we feel responsible for our partners. We undertake every effort to ensure that our individual suppliers are provided with the necessary knowledge and support. We also help with the purchase of appropriate disinfectants and other products crucial for effective biosecurity of the farm.
