Glucose syrup powder is obtained by spray drying of liquid glucose syrup. Glucose syrup powder is used in the production of all dry food blends from which instant properties are expected. Its addition raises the freezing point, stabilises foams and prevents crystallisation. The addition of glucose syrup contributes to enhancing natural flavour and aroma, increases viscosity, plasticity and provides gloss. Loose powder, white colour.
