This is a typical milk powder, known all over the world. Laktopol has been having it in its offer for over 30 years – almost since the powder plant in Suwałki was established. This is by far the most popular type of powdered milk available.
We obtain it by spray drying of pasteurized skimmed milk. The milk fat is reduced to 1.5% and the water level does not exceed 4%.
